Ludicrous security questions for simple queries
When trying to find out when my credit card payment was due, i was forced to endure some extremely silly "security questions" some of which related to events over 30 years ago, and was told I had failed authentication. Please think up some friendlier questions to authenticate your clients, and whether such severe questioning is relevant given my simple question.

On the issue of obscure security questions, they were understanding but suggested I should request another set of questions.
