<p>I want to thank and give a huge bouquet to Elsue Greef the Team Leader Regional Service Centres, based at Mokopane Branch, Mmatshabo Diboko the Manager at Thabazimbi Branch and Letlhogonolo Leotwane the Consultant at Thabazimbi Branch. Between them they managed to get my credit card reissued after I struggled for nearly a year to get it done. Well done ladies you have been awesome and have elevated my opinion of the bank.</p> <p>Both Card Division and the Customer Resolution Centre were beyond ineffective. Shame on you.</p>
