Loyal Customer yet no service from Standardbank

Hi STDBANK Homeloans<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer of STDBank for the last 10 yrs. I app**** for a house and was rejected.Stdbank did not even try to offer finance for some of the amount. I find this quite odd as I have on 2 occasions went to STDBank, sat with consultants to find out if I qualify for any type of home loan with all my paperwork. I was thus told that I would have to bring an offer to purchase and they would take it from there. Now ive app**** and I get an absolute rejection. it is absolutely absurd that one banks with you yet gets an offer from other banks. Same with my car. Wesbank offered just above 10% on my car, STDBank offered over 11%. Somethings really not right with you. Doubt i'll be staying....
