Low low service ever

I have app**** for debt consolidation with the standard bank debt care centre, I was approved, quotation was sent to me. I had signed the quotation and sent it back to the bank along with the required settlement letters as required on the 19th of October, so since then none of my debts are settled and when I tried to make a follow ups via emails and calls to the person that was assigned to my application, I'm being told that it will be done by the end of today or let me call and make follow up and I will get back to you but he never does, I tried engaging more people and the debtcon email still I'm not being assisted, instead I got a reply that there is a high volume of applications. I tried to be patient but this is not working anymore, I sent settlement letters, some of those settlement letters were valid for 1 day and some were valid for 7 days, now interest has accumulated on the debts and when I send emails or call to check what's going on I don't get any response, and the debtcon contact no I'm being told that they are not able to assist me I must send an email. All I want is for my debts to be settled as agreed.
