Lousy service at Standard Bank, Vincent Park
My wife asked me to please collect her bank card. She gave me a signed letter, which I presented upon arrival at their Vincent Park branch. All i had to do was collect her card. One hour later I walked out in disgust. This bank branch quite honestly makes homes affairs and the post office look like star performers.
