Lotto Payout Not Paid

Playing lotto via the app should be very easy and enjoyable but with Standard Bank, It's not. I received an SMS saying my winnings will be paid to my account within 2 business days and that was 4 days ago and still nothing, I don't even know how much i won...this app is meant to be hassle-free but I still need to go check the numbers I played and also refer to the winning numbers and see what I actually won. The developers can do better than this. A simple SMS saying you have won this much would be highly appreciated and also the payout must be done with the client having to enquire about their winnings.
