Lotto part of the standard bank app is ****

So I took powerball on the standard bank app and I checked the I got 3 +plus powerball number. And the powerball number on its own on 2 different lines. So I should of got R254 but I only got R10. 20. Where is the rest. I looks like the system that you are running is not picking up the first numbers that we are taking. I want my money.
