Lost Title DEED Willowcrest

I sold my property in January. The bank lost the title deed so we can not do anything to go further in this transaction. It is almost 5 months now. It almost took a month for the bank to admit that they lost the title deed and we still no further. I am paying interest on this money and keep on losing and standard bank don't want to help. We still waiting on the signed documents from Standard Bank. They say we will have the signed document soon but I think it is just empty promises as always. I feel Standard Bank should refund be for the interest I am paying on this money. It is their incompetence. This had massive financial implications for me. I will never ever do business with you again.
