Lost my Fica

I have been SMSed that Standard Bank does not have my Fica documents. I have handed them in at least ten times over the years. I have not changed accounts (clearly I should change bankers!!!!) and have been compliant since 2003 when legislation required it. Now, according to your SMS I am not compliant. Should I interpret this to mean that you have allowed me to bank with you since 2003 without the necessary Fica documentation. In which case you are in contravention of various legislation. Or, as I know I have given it to you on numerous occasions, that your admin is in such a poor state that you lost it. Or, your systems are in such a mess that someone pressed the wrong button. Clearly, all three options are a problem for a bank and people should not consider banking with you. You are either ******* or sloppy.
