Lost money

The last time I withdrew money from my account, I had R922.58, then a week later, when I got a notification that I had received R222.00, the balance was R329.78... I can't find any help anywhere, -be it the SAPS or Standard bank!! I had that money saved for a reason, but now I don't have anything left :(
