Lost deed by the bank

Good day I always have respect and value standard bank and was willing to bank with them. but with the kind of service offered is really frustrating. i recently bought a home from an agent and the property is currently bonded with standard bank and we were advised that the bank missed placed the deed by the hannesgouws attorneys . and we were advised the process will take 6 month . the purchasing process started already in June and now is already October on top of that we still need to wait few month for the property to be registered . how do they get miss place the deed ? i have been inconvenienced i don't have a house right now to stay with my kids with standard bank negligence and the attorneys' are not even co-operative we have send more than 10 emails to them they don't even respond to us with the way forward . by the of October i will be homeless .
