LOST CHEQUE CARD - REPORTED BUT ITS STILL USED - STD DID BLOCK THE CARD (-3000)

On the 13 April I LOST my std Bank Cheque Card, and first thing in the morning on the 14th I reported the Card and got a temporary debit/Blue Card.

After 4 months my old card is being used which means std bank did no do their job to stop the card, in excess 3000 rand including their fees was taken from my account.

I have made contact with standard bank from last week wed 19/09/2018 and their service sucks, agent drop calls on me, you wait for a long time on the call centre number absolutely useless until i requested for a team leader who took me to ***** Department which promised to sort out the issue in 72 hour and until today i have not heard from anyone. the cost of waiting on the calls and begging such a huge company for service that i pay for is disgusting.

I am desperate i need my money, Std has the testicular fortitude to charge me penalties over their disservice, i am not even sure this is the bank anyone should use, if you loose a card is still used after the reporting was done, next time one will loose 100k, 200k etc. NB ! the mere fact that STD Bank is not Reactive on this issue after clearly stating that 72 hour is too much too long, they still relaxed "i assume they don't care because its not their money"

Help i need my Money and close the accounts i have.
