Lost Bond Papers

This is my third complain on the same transaction. First Standard Bank lost my title deed now the second bond of R30 000 papers is missing. The transaction can not register without this papers and the bank don't want to take responsibility for this. After several attempts on social media and emailing Vernon Scheepers (which I know got my email because he clicked on one of my email banners) I still haven't heard from the bank. I am paying interest on bridging finance and we almost 6 months down the line. I feel it is not right for me to pay interest on Standard Banks fault. My lawyers need a copy of the second bond ASAP. According to FICA you need to keep records of this transaction. How can the papers just be lost?
