Lost an Item

Hello,<br> <br> I went to the Standard Bank at Sandton City to deposit money, I went to the teller after filling in the receipt with my wallet and phone in my hand. When I got there, i put my phone and wallet on the desk by the teller and took out money to deposit.<br> <br> I then took my phone and left, When I got to Truworths, I then realised that I lost my wallet and then I went back to the bank, first impression was that no one was willing to help but the teller came and I told her that I might have left my wallet here and then she asked the security but he said he didn't see it.<br> <br> I then tweeted because I was not happy with the way they just didn't show interest. I ask them to pull the footage for me because the wallet as all my cards and all but they refused, I tweeted suggesting this but they never rep****.<br> <br> The wallet was definitely left there because I only went to two places. so it must be there but i was not happy with they way they handle the whole thing. In addition, the Branch Manager was not even interested.
