Losing my money to standard bank

Hi, I'm very disappointed and to be very honest angry with standard bank, I opened an student account while I was still a student, about 3 years later I opened a fixed deposit account with them and put in R 10 000 which was to mature this year, my student account being the nominated account for my money to mature in, this year my money matured R2000 less, when I go and ask they tell me about monies owed that I was not informed of at any time during the course I went a month back at the standard bank in protea gardens in soweto a lady by the name of Fatima said she will call me back till today nothing, now my money is still in their bank which means they are eating money even further, this is not what I signed up for just to top it off the was no interest in my money which was to be an interest on 6.55% per year my money is less the right full money was not paid to me and they are delaying getting back to me so the can carry on eating my money, please help
