Long waiting period!
Standard Bank truly has the worst customer service. Every branch you will wait for over 4 hours just to get assisted, then BOOM their slow systems. This is very BAD!!
Standard Bank has showed over the years that it has no plans to improve their customer service. There are way better banks, with better services. I’m done
