Logged an issue re fees unexplained - no response

Logged an issue re fees appearing on my credit card account that should not be there (as the fees are not listed as a legitimate fee per the 2015 pricing guide [URL Removed]<br> <br> No response has been received to date and I would like these fees reversed and stopped immediately
