Loan that never ends

I can raise a portion of the amount if a discount is app**** on the total outstanding debt and I want to offer this as full and final settlement of the account. Prior to defaulting I had made payment to this account and with my offer the Capital amount would be paid off and some interest. I do acknowledge that I am also at fault for defaulting on this however I could no longer afford to pay this loan due to the high interest rates added. I have managed to source the funds as a birthday present for my upcoming birthday and savings. The loan has hindered a lot of development from my side in terms of job offers, obtaining accommodation and even applying to further my education. I am currently undergoing depression treatment due to not being able to progress, because most of my progress plans are hindered by this loan. I would like to plead with you and accept this as my settlement for this account and assist a black child to progress in life. Regards
