Loan settlement ****

This is the worst bank to bank with. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years but no one cares. I have a loan charging me high interest rates . I pay 5100.36 monthly and about 3000 goes towards interest which means I will never finish it . I recently asked to settle the loan and asked for a settlement discount, I was made to wait at the branch for over 2 hours only to be told there is no discount qe can give you.

My question is should I wait to be handed over for collections for me to get a discount to settle this load

I am really disappointed and time and time again Standard bank manages to remind me why I shouldn't be banking with them. With every opportunity they get they never cease to render horrible customer service to their loyal clients.
