Loan settlement notice through private

I spoke to Andile Msibi and Thabiso Msimanga . I was told that the notice is loaded . I thought on the settlement amount will be lesser than the outstanding amount but to my surprise the balance moved from R960 000 to R989 000 after we put the notice.

Both gentlemen never told me nothing about the process until today, infact the new guy Andile was very belittling when he spoke to me . You can see that he just counting as stats . He returns calls at he time and blame the networks.

I think the two gentlemen did not treat me well or they give a home affairs service.
