Loan settlement discrepancy
I had a loan with standard bank and i settled the account after receiving a discount.I have been waiting for a settlement letter for 3 months now and my updated statement currently includes the discounted amount with interest. This is highly unprofessional as i have tried to get this issue resolved countless times without success. Are they planning on ignoring it until the amount is back to the thousands?
