Loan repayment for loan paid up
I once had revolving credit with Standardbank which i paid up years back. On the 27June 2022 they debited my account with R3 949.05 loan repayment. Today i went to the branch it was reversed but i was charged about R30. The amount is insignificant but why should i be penalised for something that is not fault? I am not happy about this.
