Loan refund that I never got
I paid up my loan on, after that they debited the money from my account. I went to bridge city branch on 9th December to enquire the gave me this Service request number ***. Then I waited for them to contact me and they didn't. Then I sent email to follow up, they rep**** and asked for Card number, cash withdrawal limit, last 3 transaction and debit orders going off my account I gave them that information. They rep**** after a month to tell me that they are sorry for delay and gave me a number to call I have been calling that number with no luck.
