Loan paid up letter request

I am highly Disappointed with Std bank's lack of service - I had a loan with them...paid up. I noticed that it still reflects under my profile. I have going from branch to branch to get the paid up letter so the loan can be removed under my name. But no one seems to k ow what to do. I call their ***twice and no one can help. This is poor customer service after being a reliable and loyal client to Standard Bank. I am truly Disappointed and want action taken immidiately..m this is not accept blessing. <br> <br>
