loan not received, but approved
<p>I app**** for a loan on the 08/12/2016 at Balfour Park branch. I was advised it was approved, but is pending to be released. Till today it has not been received. The consultant logged numerous calls to the IT department, with no feedback.The query was then handed to his Team leader Wilson.Still no feedback.I app**** for the loan because I desperately needed it and hoped it will be quick as before.Now I stuck between a rock and a hard place with no communication being received. I am really unhappy with this bank and am considering changing banks. </p>

I would deeply like to thank Winston from Balfour Park for resolving my problem on Friday 23/12 exactly 3 weeks after the application. He went the mile in following up and making sure it was resolved, I just hate the fact that I had to wait this long and take other measures.Thank you very much Winston,much appreciated.
