loan not decreasing

My name is Happiness Mabuza in 2011 I took an Revolving credit plan loan with Standard Bank the first instalment was R342 then went to increase but my instalment was adjusted ,and so in 2013 I saw that my balance was not decreasing went to the bank to enquire which I was told that my instalment was not adjusted when I increased the loan. The total amount borrowed was R39,000 in 2013 it was R59,00 and I am paying R1,300 since it was adjusted but in 2016 the loan amount is still R59,000 went to standard bank to request them to re-evaluate my loan but no help .please assist.I have been sent from pillar to post without getting any assist .Whats more frustrating is that on 11 of march i went to eastgate branch to enquire about the same problem they sent me to the glen, the glen said they will send an email to evaluation and respond to within five days which didn't happen, wrote an email to customer services they referred me to another department ,that assist gave a reference number and got a text that my request is resolved and i will receive a call from the bank explaining what happened to the account, there's no email nor call that is furnishing me with details of the resolution.
