loan management

On the 27th of January I was shot 6 times and landed up in hospital (still here), I contacted the homeloans dept and explained my predicament and that I will be off from work for some time. I was told that the Account could be suspended until my return to work but I should put this request in a mail to, [Email Removed] And Wait For a autoresponse. I did this and received my autoresponse, so I called back this morning and was told the mail was received and that I should wait for 14 days on feedback, but I should bare in mind That I am still liable for payment up Until then.now I am in hospital for the past 2 weeks and had 3 operations already<br> So what is this assistance there for if a client that is laying in a hospital with 6 gunshot wounds is still being held liable? I'm not saying that I'm not gonna pay, I just need these suspended months added onto the end of my bond, because I will not be working for sometime.
