Loan insurance not payed out
I took out a loan 2015 november march 2016 i was retrenched and standard bank didnt want to write off that loan told me that the insurance kicks in after 12 months and that the incompatent person that helped me with the loan application was suppose to tell me about the the insurance.what a dissapointment. I was not fired nor did i leave my job i was RETRENCHED!!! I almost got blacklisted because of this was handed off to lawyers. I payed the lawyers in full changed banks and i will never ever reccomend anyone to standard ban**** Used standard bank since 2007 up until 2017 Honestly thought you were the best bank. Every other place i owed money wrote my debt off.
