Loan insurance

<p>I app**** for a Loan with standard Bank , and they gave me a insurance cover that loan , asked( telephonically and also e-mailed ) them to cancel it for me , that was on the 24 of October 2016...3months down the line , nothing has been done ,,,what do I have to do ? I do have life Cover , which will pay for this loan , *should I die*..I provided with a prove as well ..So what more does Standard bank want ?..Matsi Staphne , Vrey Michael were dealing this issue ..not a good service , as a loyalty customer , dont deserve this , maybe its time I change the bank</p>
