Loan funds debited

Firstly I feel that they have no right to do this without notifying me, secondly I have made arrangement to pay my Std bank card a few years ago and the arrangement was never accepted, I advised that I could only afford to pay an amount of r100 pm due to me being the only bread winner, they were very rude to me ( i would like all those calls retrieved),secondly if the client states that is all they can afford surely there should be an exception as the intention is to start repaying. I do not have any problem paying what I can afford as mentioned r100pm, and I think that is only fair that I get refunded or I will have no option but to go to the Ombudsman.<br> <br> I require feedback by today as I think that this service is pathetic.<br>
