Loan dissatisfaction

Im am not happy with the way this bank is misleading costomers. I was approved for a loan on 7th of may. The lady i spoke to took me through all the terms ans legal stuff and said that the fund will me available in 24 hours so i made my plans and on thursday i still did not get the money. I phoned again and another lady told me its 48 hours. So again i postpone my plans and waited and again nothing. I called in again and a guy told me its now 3 days? I mean really! I made plans and committed to payments niw i look like a fool. After i bank with you for many many years this is what you do to me. Its horrible to say the least.
