Loan Declined

I app**** for Pension Back Lending for the 3rd time and has been declined. My previous application was done October 2013 and my salary or deductions did not change since then. Now I get told I cannot afford an additional loan and on Carol the supervisor that called me from *** proved that I cannot afford a further loan, but I can see I should not been approved a loan in the first place.
