Loan Debit Order

Just heard now that the standard bank debit order did not go off due to my FNB account does not excite. The only account I have with standard bank is the revolving account and I personally went to a standard bank branch twice in September to change the debit order details which was a headache. The debit order was fine until January and know it's a headache again cause now I have to go to a standard bank branch again.<br> <br> Standard bank services is poor and they do not keep record of what has happened and keeps blaming ne the user for not paying a debit order. If standard bank is reading this when I go to the branch again I will loose it as I have the paper work showing the chances.
