loan contract period over but standard bank still debting my account

<p>I took ut a loan with standard back approxinately 5 years ago and as per the contract the repayment of this loan would have been completed in March 2017, but the bank is still debiting more than R1100 form my account every month. i have tried numeroud times to go to the branch to resolve this problem but the branch manager keeps telling me stories (seems she has no idea what the issue is).</p> <p> </p> <p>she had hnted taht the reason they continue to debit is because of the insurance they claim i took on the loan which does not make sense, as my contract says nothing bout me taking out any insurance and if i had why am i noly paying for it at the end of my loan repayment period.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been a client of standard bank for year and i am honestly very disapointed at what has been going on. i need this issue resolved asap as i am also unable to stop this debit as it is inetrnal and it is very frustrating that no one s able to give me a proper explanation as to what is going on. they branch manage claimed at one stage that my loan contract has not finished and when i provided a copy of the contract she came up with another excuse. i am tired of this and would like standard bank to take responsibility and resolve this issue.</p>
