Loan Closure "Experiencing Technical Difficulties"
I have since requested for my loan to be closed at the end of July, and till this day they're experiencing technical issues. I don't want my credit to be affected, as I fully paid my loan and the "balance" is growing. The issue is, it's been a whole MONTH and they're still debiting. Please sort this out!
