LOAN APPROVED NO MONEY
I app**** for a loan on Friday at my Carletonville branch. The consultant told me the money would be in my account on Saturday. Nothing happened on Saturday. I have now been calling every single day to hear where my money is they promised me my money yesterday and still nothing!!!! They say they have a high volume of payouts and why must this be the customers faults? I have been sending emails. No repsonse. HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I WAIT? This loan is needed for an emergency and still nothing! It has been now 4 business days because Standard bank is open on Saturday! I want the money that I was approved for!!!!
