Loan application
I was trying to increase my revolving loan account limit with standard bank on the app but the app said I must visit the branch, I'm now coming from the branch, they also cannot assist me. I've bank with standard bank over 20 years but everytime I need a loan they fail to assist.

05 Oct 2021, 11:03Standard bank is a useless bank, they responded and declined as ussual while there is a bank which offered me a loan like before, I do not think they care about their customers at all. I'm extremely dissatisfied.
