Loan application

As a foreigner, I was asked to bring proof of employment, letter for employer and all sort of papers to apply for a loan. after spending my time gathering all my documents, Standard bank is declining my loan with no explanation. I have been with them for 7 years, it is my only bank I have a record, I can not do anything on my account, no overdraft, no loan. I earn a decent living and I am able to pay off. At least give me an explanation of the rejection or inform me of it. <br> <br> this is emotionally painful, I live and work in SA. I went through the consultant in Bryanston called Zacharia, emailed him several times, He just decided to ignore all my attempts for 2 weeks now<br> <br> I really would appreciate some considerationif someone could get back to me with an explanation
