loan account up to date and receiving letter and calls from attorneys

My complaint is regarding 2 loan accounts that I have.

1. loan account *** was in arrears for one instalment. I have paid the arrears in full. Last week I received a call from a Mac Robert attorneys demanding payment. I told the lady that called that the account is up to date. she said no I must contact Standard Bank. I called and the agent confirmed the account is up to date and I should ignore the call as the account will be withdrawn from MacRobert attorneys, Yesterday I received a letter via email from them stating my account is in arrears and i need to contact them to make payment. I called Standard Bank again this morning and the agent advised the account is up to date and she requested the account to be withdrawn from them. Why was the account not withdrawn when the arrears was paid.

2. loan account ***. This account is also in arrears for 1 instalment. I received a call from Nimble Capital and made arrangements with them on 03/03/2021. Now im receiving calls from a company called MBD regarding the same account for payment arrangement. I already made arrangement. How many companies do i need to make arrangments with.

The accounts was in arrears because Standard Bank debited my accounts before my salary date. I was told to go to the branch to have the debit orders changed to a Naedos debit order and my loan accounts to be linked to my internet profile as just one account is linked. I went to the branch and was advised they cannot do it. I raised a complaint on this site regarding that and did not receive any feedback to advise if it has been done. My remaining 2 loan accounts has still not been linked.

Can my concerns please be addressed urgently as this is becoming annoying and frustrating.
