Loan Account closed - Debit order stil goes off

I had a RCP with Standard Bank that was settled 26 October. So I phone Standard Bank Client care and made sure that the debit would not go off 27 Oct. I was informed that the debit will not go off my account because the account is paid up in full - So I left it there, happy that my account would not be debited<br> I went to the Branch in Somerset West on the 30th October to Close the RCP Account and BOOM...my account was debited for the RCP loan. I was informed that the monies would be paid back to me on Saturday 31 October. 2 November Still no luck, I have phoned the client care wasting money on phone calls listening to Standard Bank adds and then end up getting an answer that is not useful at all - \Go to the branch"more than 3 time on all my calls made to Standard bank.
