LOAN ACCOUNT

am every disappointed that my D/O throught on the 25th of July 2022. On the 4 August 2022 am receiving and email and sms from Standard bank "Your Standard Bank Loan account is handed over to Brooks&Luyt Att. The full balance is due within 24 hours". I don't appreciate getting threatening emails/sms like this when my account is paid to-date. Standard bank is big entity to be sending such emails or make mistakes like this.
