Loan

<p>I had taken a loan with standard bank, and with that loan I had taken out insurance aswel in case off retrenchement, I was making payments towards the loan and recently got retrenched, so I did make a call to standerd bank stating that i am no longer employed and would try and make alternate arrangements, also asked about the insurance that I had taken out incase off loosing my Job, But I was told that the Insurance does not apply because I didnt make enough payments towards the loan and point blank rejected for the Insurance, however I agreed to try and make a payment off R400 by borrowing but then thought why should I do this as the insurance was there incase off me being retrenched. So I try and call Standard bank again to see how I could have this resolved and I hold on for atleast 30mins, this is truly frustrating as no one assists when help is needed but when payments not made they would call and hound you till you reach breaking point</p>
