Loan

I have paid my credit card as well as my personal loan settlement letters was obtained I'm being harassed by standard bank for outstanding money on loan which I am not going to pay I called yesterday and was told it is a revolving loan and does not get closed automatically well that should not be my problem if it is paid I owe you nothing why is there a balance .i also called in nervous times to request refund on credit balance on credit card account they still didn't refund
