Living the brand versus Just chasing commission

Earlier this year my prestige banker Nadia banks retired, she was amazing and always helped me with my needs. A new prestige banker took over her portfolio and unfortunetly did not meetthe standard Nadia had set (she is poor communication, i had to call to find out who my banker is etc.) She also failed in organising my vehicle finance application a function Nadia would have done without any issues. To the rescue came a gentlemen by the name of Simphiwe Mkhonza (Vehicle Finance, Rosebank baker street) , he says he is just a sales guy ,however the guy is a super hero , a brand ambassador !! He helped me with my vehicle finance application & process, made it simply smooth, communicated with me at all stages. This is exemplary customer service , simply amazing, this is the type of service that has kept me at the bank for over 10years and kept my family for over 30 years. (He reminded me of my ex banker Nadia Banks, living the brand)
