Listing me for arrears, yet it was their fault

Standard bank Home Loans listed me at the bureaus for 1 month in arrears, yet it was their fault that the account fell into arrears.<br> <br> There is a late payment reflecting in the month of Feb, which was not my fault. I was in the process of selling my property and Standard Bank did not collect the debit order, although they advised me that they will deduct the revised amount on several occasions. (I had an access bond and I had a debit order as well as a salary deduction, I asked to reduce the debit order due to giving notice, to deduct only the required amt from the shortfall of the salary deduction, then they did not debit my bank account after I have requested the on several occasions, I then paid the amount via EFT) I had sufficient funds in my account and due to it being a Naedo deduction, they had no excuse not to debit the amount in time!!<br> <br>
