So I app**** for a credit card and was told sorry you are listed on transunion. I told the agent this can't be as I have no outstanding debt. I requested transunion to send me a copy of my profile which show no listings. So now all your agents can say is sorry we can't help you. I have been a loyal customer for years and this is how you are treated. Really disappointed and disgusted
