Listed yet again

It is 3 months after bringing to your attention that I was handed over to legal for no apparent reason. <br> <br> I had done a credit check and see I'm still listed, I called customer care this morning to find out that my account is in arrears for 222 days (not possible)<br> <br> I need this rectified asap!
