Listed on ITC while account was paid up

I have asked Standard bank to send me proof that the listing of defaults and that my name be removed from ITC but that still hasn't been done. I checked my ITC report yesterday and it still shows that I was 30 days in arrears on their revolving credit, whilst that account was paid and I had requested it to be paid up. I was told that I will get proof of that, it's been 2 months now and still no feedback. I am still marked 30 days in arrears on ITC due to admin fees. I will not accept that this has to be escalated further. I also want proof that I have been removed from ITC and I want that feedback A.S.A.P.
