Listed me after acc being paid off

The worst bank ever! I have proof that my acc is paod off via a paid off letter and they listed me on all Credit bureu Companies for NOTHING!They are still running my acc even when I don’t have one anymore!Be careful to bank woth them!Rather use FNb or a bank that you can trust! This is soooo bad!Just because of laziness and not updating my record for a year!Legal actions will be taken now and luckily I have proof!Terrible terrible Bank!Never ever will I use or refer them ever!
