listed default when account was paid

my credit card payment was due on the 6th of the month, when the debit went off, the full amount for the credit card instalment was debited , for an amount of 1250, the debit bounced as i was aware the minimum amount that was due was in fact 350, not even an hour later i paid the full amount of 1250, and the credit card payment was made,<br> <br> standard bank still listed a default payment on my credit scoring , and now i am unable to get finance with out a letter stating that the payment was made, which i have called numerous times trying to get, and they say they will email me, and still nothing has come through!!!<br> <br> i have been on the phone since 9am, and it is now almost 3pm, and no one at standard bank can assist.<br> <br> disappointed !!!
